Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is an international airport in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra State, the Republic of India. Today, it is regarded as the country and even the South Asia's larges and busiest airport, and its name derives from Chhatrapati Shivaji, founder of the Maratha Empire. In the airport, the first terminal building Santa Cruz operates domestic flight courses, and the second terminal building Sahar is responsible for international flight courses. Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is the main hub of the Air India and the Jet Airways, and the secondary hub of the Kingfisher Airlines.
