You can start today

time you fly on China Southern Airlines*

When you shop and use participating credit cards**
* Mileage credit is
applicable only when a ticket reflects a CZ designated flight
number, regardless of the operating airline(s). CZ flights include
all schedule flights, extra flights and code-share flights.

Credit Rules & Conditions |

| 1. |
Your mileage account begins on the first
day of your enrollment in The Sky Pearl Club. (The date
on the postmark is considered to be your enrollment day
if your application is sent by mail.). |
| 2. |
The unit of mileage accumulation
is Kilometer. |
| 3. |
All flight routes under 500Km accumulate
as 500Km in your mileage account. |
| 4. |
Each member is assigned a personal (non-transferable)
account number for mileage recording. |
| 5. |
No mileage will be credited for free award
travel. |
| 6. |
If a flight upgrade is obtained by using
mileage points, mileage is accumulated according to the
original class of service flown. |
| 7. |
Mileage credit is not granted for travel
on charters (or other unpublished fares); travel industry
reduced rates or other non-revenue tickets. |
| 8. |
Flight CZ 381/382 is not eligible for mileage
accrual. |
| 9. |
No mileage will be credited in case of voluntary
or involuntary flight endorsement to other airlines. |

....For immediate mileage credit
will be posted into your Sky Pearl Club account, don't forget to:
| 1. |
Present your Sky Pearl Club membership card upon ticketing
and at airport check-in. Check to make sure that the name
printed in the ticket you hold is the same one on your membership
card. |

Keep all boarding passes, copies of your ticket and Sky
Pearl Club partner bills (for possible mileage retro claims)
until the appropriate mileage appears on your Mileage Statement.

All Sky Pearl Club mileage is valid for two (2) calendar years.
If your total mileage does not reach 20,000Km after two calendar
years, the mileage accumulated in the first calendar year will be
reduced by half.
For example: Sky Pearl Club mileage accumulated in 1998 will be
valid until 31st December 2000 and thereafter reduced by half.

There are three ways to check your mileage balance:
1. Mileage Statement - Sky Pearl Club Mileage Statements are mailed
every two months with your current mileage records to date. However,
you will only receive such statement when your accumulated mileage
increases or decreases within the two-month period.
2. Telephone Hotline - Feel free to call our Sky Pearl Club Hotline
in Guangzhou at (8620) 8668-2000.
3. Internet - Please visit us at www.csair.com/skypearl,
24-hours-a-day for the very latest account information.

- If mileage credit for a qualifying CZ flight or qualifying partner
activity is NOT recorded on your Mileage Statement, please make
a mileage retro claim one month after flying with China Southern
by mailing your boarding passes and a photocopy of your ticket(s)
to The Sky Pearl Club. Don’t forget to write your Sky Pearl Club
membership number on all documents you are mailing to us!
- The Sky Pearl Club retains the right to refuse any mileage retro
claim request if the required items (boarding passes/airline ticket(s))
and membership number is not on each document or simply cannot
be read.
- A mileage retro claim is valid within six months after the completion
of each given flight.
