MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS & REGULATIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

(1) Membership in China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club is free to all passengers over the age of 12.

(2) Corporations or other legal entities are not qualified for membership in The Sky Pearl Club.

(3) Applicants must submit completed application forms - items remarked with ** must be completed.

(4) Joint applications (by several individuals or multiple applications by the same person) will not be accepted.

(5) Membership cards that are for personal use only and must be signed immediately upon receipt. Sky Pearl Club Membership Cards are not transferable.

(6) Membership may be terminated by the China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club if the member fails to comply with these Membership Qualifications and Regulations, or misrepresent information including flight information.　

2. MILEAGE ACCUMULATION & AWARDS

(1) Each member is assigned a personal account for keeping record of accumulated mileage. Accumulated mileage and account numbers are not transferable.

(2) For the correct recording of your mileage, please identify yourself with your Sky Pearl Club Card each time you make a reservation or check- in for a China Southern Airlines' flight.

(3) Should mileage awards be liable to taxation according laws of related government, members are responsible for the payment of such taxes.

(4) Failure to comply with regulations of China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club, abuse of obtained awards and misrepresentation of information may result in termination of Membership, forfeiture of all accrued mileage, cancellation of issued but unused mileage certificates as well as disqualification of such Members for the future.

(5) Awards or awards vouchers obtained illegally or in violation of these Membership Qualifications and Regulations will not be honored.

3. MISCELLANEOUS

(1) China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club reserves the right to directly revise or terminate the program at anytime and without notice.

All membership cards remain the property of China Southern Airlines.

(2) Members must exercise their membership rights according to the regulations of China Southern Airlines Sky Pearl Club. If members misuse or abuse membership rights, The Sky Pearl Club may terminate their membership and reclaim their Membership Cards with or without advance notice as well as cancel their accumulated mileage at the same time.

(3) Members are requested to notify The Sky Pearl Club of any change of address. Neither China Southern Airlines nor The Sky Pearl Club will be responsible for loss or delayed delivery of posted mail due to an incorrect address.

(4) Where these Membership Qualifications and Regulations are in conflict with laws of local government, they are subject to the restrictions of local laws.

(5) China Southern Airlines' Sky Pearl Club retains the right of explaining the regulations on this brochure.

(6) In case of dispute, all arbitration shall be done in Guangzhou, China.
