    China Southern Airlines Inks New FFP Pact With Air France; Passengers Can Now Earn/Burn Miles On Air France/China Southern Flights

    China Southern Airlines is pleased to announce a brand-new frequent flyer pact with Air France.

    Step I – Dial 86(020) 8668-2000, provide your membership PIN and you will receive your reservation code (PNR) and transaction code.

    Step II – Go to any one of our conveniently located China Southern city ticket office*, provide your PNR, transaction code, Sky Pearl Club membership card (or photocopy) and your ID card or International Passport. If the award is being transferred, the transferee’s ID card or International Passport and the authorization of transfer** must be provided.

    Step III – Keep all related documents.

    **The authorization of transfer includes the transferor’s name and his/her Sky Pearl Club membership card number, the transferee’s name and his/her ID card or International Passport, the mileage amount being transferred, the transferor’s signature and the date of transfer.


    How Do I Return Unused Award Tickets or Upgrades?

    Only when being exchanged by mileage points alone may the unused Award ticket be returned.

    Your award tickets - either voluntary or involuntary – may be returned to The Sky Pearl Club - while upgrade tickets can only be returned involuntarily. No extra fees will be applied for involuntary ticket returns or upgrade returns, although 50% of your redeemed miles will be deducted as a “return fee” for voluntary ticket returns once your flight is reserved.

    Just go to any one of China Southern Airlines’ worldwide ticket offices and provide your Sky Pearl Club membership card and ID card or International Passport before flight departure within the valid period of your Award ticket or upgrade ticket. The transferee’s ID card or International Passport must be provided if the Award is being transferred.

    All unused mileage will be redeposited back into your Sky Pearl Club account.
