China Southern Announces Dramatic TransPacific Changes;Takes Effect March 30

GUANGZHOU, China – February 4, 2008 - China Southern Airlines, (NYSE: ZNH, HKSE: 1055, SHA 600029) - www.csair.com/global - the newest member of SkyTeam and the largest airline in The People’s Republic of China is pleased to announce significant changes to its Los Angeles - Guangzhou Boeing 777 transpacific service.

China Southern Airlines is changing the original transpacific flight schedule that it has operated for the last 10 years between Los Angeles/Guangzhou/Los Angeles CZ328 / CZ327.

March 30, 2008 - November 01, 2008 (Summer Schedule)

Please also be advised that China Southern Airlines will continue posting China Domestic Flights Schedule for travel after March 29, 2008, there will be many domestic flights throughout China that meet the connection with CZ328/CZ327.

The following is the minimum connecting time for transfer flights:

International - Domestic: 100 Minutes         Domestic - International: 100 Minutes
International - International: 75 Minutes              Domestic - Domestic: 60 Minutes
