China Southern Set To Launch All-New Guangzhou-Vientiane Route

VIENTIANE, Laos - October 30, 2007 - China Southern Airlines, (NYSE: ZNH, HKSE: 1055, SHA 600029) - www.flychinasouthern.com - the 9th largest airline in the world and the largest airline in The People’s Republic of China will be launching a new service to Laos next week.

Starting November 6, China Southern will be proud to offer its new service between Guangzhou and Vientiane.

The all-new service marks China Southern’s first to Laos and its 10th to a South-East Asia destination.

China Southern will operate this service with its Airbus A319, with a flight time of approximately two and a half hours. CZ3057 from Guangzhou to Vientiane will operate every Tuesday and Friday at 8:50 a.m., arriving at 10:20 a.m.

CZ3058 from Vientiane to Guangzhou will operate every Tuesday and Friday at 11:20 a.m. and arrive in Guangzhou at 2:40 p.m.
