China Southern Records More Than $1.2 B In Web Sales Since 2000;
Airline Selling More Than 500,000 E-Tickets Each Month

In January 2006, China Southern sold approximately 500,000 e-tickets, generating more than $50 Million USD.
In February 2006, China Southern sold approximately 400,000 tickets, generating more than $31 Million USD.
And in March 2006, China Southern sold more than 600,000 tickets, generating more than $41 Million USD.
China Southern is the first airline in China to sell an Internet e-ticket in 2000 ¡ and its commitment to e-ticket sales six years ago is paying major dividends to the nation¡¯s largest carrier.
From its launch in 2000 to current, China Southern has sold more than 16 Million e-tickets, accounting for more than $1.2 Billion in on-line sales.
China Southern Airlines is currently selling an average of 570,000 airline tickets each month to the Chinese marketplace via its Chinese web site at www.csair.com.
China Southern calculates that at least 20% of its total sales coming from Internet sales.
