“Earn a chance to win a free trip to Australia” promotion details

Beginning January 18, 2010 to January 31, 2011, China Southern Official Website www.csair.com presents the Australia Travel Promotion Event “Earn a chance to win a free trip to Australia”; the event is set up with three sections, “friends’ referral”, “drawing with purchase”, and “Quiz to Prize”.  Passengers may enter any one section of the event to earn the chance to draw a roundtrip ticket from China to Australia.

Account users may earn their chances to draw with the following three options:

A) “Friends’ Referral” Terms and Instructions

User login to create recommendation chain

Send to friends via QQ

A friend will login to the webpage of the Event through a shared recommendation chain

The recommender will earn one chance to draw for the ticket

Join the drawing to win other prizes

• Passengers may login to China Southern Official website during this event, enter the “promotion details” and click on “friends’ referral” to create a recommendation chain and send to friends
• “Friend” must complete the login transaction after entering the event webpage or it is not considered a successful recommendation.
• Every “friend” completes the login transaction on the event webpage earns a chance to the drawing.

 

B) “Drawing with Purchase” Terms and Instructions

User login, fill out Name and ID

Enter Ticket Number

Verification complete, Earn a chance to draw

Enter the draw for many prizes

• Passengers may logon to China Southern Official website www.csair.com or go through China Southern Express payment qq.csair.com during the event to purchase an E-ticket (International or domestic tickets) to enter the “drawing with purchase” event
• You earn five chances to draw for each ticket you purchase.  No purchase limit.
• This event is good for the travelers only
• Travelers who enter this event must provide his/her valid id number, and the information must match with the travelers’ information or will not receive the chance to draw
  

C) “Quiz to Prize” Terms and Instructions

User login, enter name and id number

Enter the quiz

Verification complete and take the quiz

Earn a chance to draw with all correct answers

Enter the draw for many prizes

• Passengers may login to China Southern Official website www.csair.com during this event, enter id number to take the quiz
• Travelers enter their id number to earn chances to take the quiz.  Travelers will be given five random questions about China Southern, must have all correct answers to earn the chance for the drawing.
• This event is entered by travelers only, every traveler has many chances to take the quiz and the questions will be picked by system randomly.

 

Event Instructions

A) Redeem Instructions

• The prize of the event is a roundtrip ticket from 36 cities to Australia via Guangzhou, the cities are:
• (Both winners from Shenzhen and Zhuhai will depart from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport).  Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from local city to airport.  During the event, each city will provide ONE ticket each month (Guangzhou will provide TWO), for a total of 432 tickets.
• The drawing results come instantly, the prize winners list will be posted on the event webpage.  Travelers can only win once; any further winning messages will not be counted.
• China Southern Customer Service Center will verify passengers winning sequences and identity in the beginning of the following month.
• Travelers are to cooperate with customer service representative to confirm their identity and to confirm the origin city for the prize ticket, it cannot be changed once it is confirmed.  The options for the free origin cities are first come first serve.
• Winners must redeem their prize tickets with the Prize letter before March 30, 2011 at the appointed China Southern Airlines Office.  Late redemption will not be accepted.
• The prize is non-transferrable
• The validity of the prize ticket is six months from the date of issue, passengers must reserve their travels 30 days prior
• Ticket is non-endorsable, non-changeable, non-refundable (passengers are responsible for the applicable tax and surcharge.  Only tax can be refunded)
• No mileage accumulation for these prize tickets
• Must follow the restrictions for China Southern Free tickets

B) Important Notice

1. China Southern Airlines Company Limited is the organizer of this event;
2. Participants of the event must follow the regulations of China and the terms of the Organizer;
3. Participants will be disqualified if cheating or forgery is found;
4. Passengers must confirm the correctness of his/her identification and contact information, the Organizer will not be responsible for the loss due to information given was incorrect;
5. The Organizer will not be responsible for the loss due to misunderstanding from the participant;
6. The Organizer reserves the right to revise or cancel the event in special circumstances, the organizer will update the revision of the event on the event webpage to advise all participants.
